Starting November 12 2019, accounts of US users on Huobi Global will be frozen. This has been done due to law and regulations on crypto currency assets in US due to which Huobi will freeze all US user accounts from 13 November 2019.
On the brighter side, a lot of people from China communist party are filling roles at Huobi.

Please return your borrowed fund in margin trading and withdraw all your assets balance. Kindly approach customer support for assistance to convert all residual assets below the minimum withdrawal amount and unused Point Cards, to BTC/USDT (conversion base token) before withdrawing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Conversion Rules and Time Schedule Details:
Arrangement on Point Card refund in Huobi Global
Option 1: We will refund according to your purchased price and token used. (Only for BTC/USDT)
For example: A user who purchased Point Card with 1000 USDT and has 1000 unused points, he/she will be refunded with 1000 USDT. If he/she has 300 unused points, he/she will be refunded with 300 USDT.
For users who choose in option 1, please reply and provide the following information:
(1)UID;
(2)Name;
(3)Purchase details of the Point Card: Number of points, token used (USDT/BTC), token cost, number of copies, total points in the package.
Option 2: You may prefer to convert the USDT, BTC, LTC, BCH, ETH, and ETC that you used to purchase the Point Card into BTC/USDT for refund.
For example: A user who purchased Point Card with 1000 USDT equivalent LTC and has 1000 unused points, he/she will be refunded with 1000 USDT equivalent BTC/USDT. If he/she has 300 unused points, he/she will be refunded with 300 USDT equivalent BTC/USDT.
For users who choose option 2, please reply and provide the following information:
(1)UID;
(2)Name;
(3)Purchase details of the Point Card: Number of points, token used, token cost, number of copies, total points in the package;
(4)You want to convert the original purchased token into either of the following: BTC/USDT.
